Using Eazy Bill
You may use Eazy Bill for lawful business purposes and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your authorised user accounts and for keeping credentials confidential.
Trial and subscriptions
New tenant accounts may receive a 14-day trial. Continued access requires an active subscription: Basic at R80.00 per active system user per month, Standard at R120.00 per active system user per month, or Premium at R250.00 per active system user per month. The portal shows the active-user count and calculated monthly amount before payment.
Your data and documents
You retain responsibility for the business information you enter and for reviewing generated invoices, quotations, reports and other documents before relying on or issuing them. Eazy Bill is an operational software service and does not replace legal, accounting or tax advice. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to access another tenant, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious content or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
The service may be maintained and improved over time. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve customer workflows, but features may change when needed for security, reliability, compliance or product development.
Account support
Contact the official Eazy Bill support channel for subscription, account identity, service questions or account deletion requests. Company-name changes require support verification because that field identifies the tenant account.
